:)

Nothing like a nudge, eh?

My question is: can you run with the Danglet without hurting yourself? I train with a pacing app and am debating whether to get an armband instead (which I'll attach to the treadmill while I train indoors so I have easy access to my Touch's controls).

If I did not insist, you would not have so many post here.

Keep them coming, if you do the research then I won't have to.

I must say, some of the comments were quite lively! John Dutton writes: "Sorry, but who's the language-Nazi here? Should you really expect everyone to speak your language when you visit a foreign country?"

I'm not excusing the staff at the hospital, but they get the brunt of complaints for a less-than-healthy health system. As you say, can someone fix health care, please?

I've done the 13+ hours in an emergency waiting room a few times. (BTW, I always speak French but get the same curt, sometimes surly service, so from my point of view, I don't think language is the biggest problem.) My advice: before leaving for the hospital (time allowing) grab your iPod, a few Sudoko puzzles, a juicy novel, and be ready for a long, long wait in a cold, brightly-lit, dismal emergency room. And be prepared. It's gonna hurt.
