Oooh Mini!

All that and charming too!
I got an Mac Mini for my dad. It arrived in a ludicrously small box. It unpacked to something so small, you’d think it was a CD-ROM…
I like it, a lot. This is the kind of computer people can turn on, leave on and just use. A tad expensive I guess, but given the low power consumption, it will cover it’s price soon enough.
And it can run WoWcrack in a pinch.

Hyundai Genesis Coupe has caught many car nuts’ attention, especially the lighter and tighter R Spec. That edition of this rear-wheel-drive sports car is driven by a 2.0 liter turbocharged engine that seems to relate to Mitsubishi’s 4B11. Given that bit of trivia, I suspect that this is either the Theta GDI or the Hyundai 2.0 “world” engine they planned to share with Chrysler/Mitsubishi before Chrysler kicked them out of the coalition.
Props to Genesis Driven
Better WoTLK then never.

WoTLK has been out since last November, but my playtime amounts to less then 20 hours since then. Among the things that have held me back from enjoying myself in the company of my close friends and guildmates:
- changed jobs
- changed cities
- changed homes (natch)
- x-mas
- my mother’s passing
- helping dad with the estate
Wish I had some quirky and easy quip to lighten the mood, but frankly, them’there is nothing less then a map to an emotional roller coaster right there. (gooder English with Brogue)
I’m not done grieving, heck, in some deeper manner, I’ve barely even begun. I’m aware that mum isn’t suffering anymore and therefore I should be able to accept.
So now that I have the time and inclanation to play this silly game filled with colorful doodads, interact with strangers and friends alike, I feel better. I have always been an escapist, strong imagination and a streak of the loner combined. The game offers me the right blend of “make work” and fun … so better WoTLK then never.
